List a product for sale

Create a storefront listing, get it through review, and understand what re-triggers review later.

10–15 min per product

Before you start

  • An approved seller account
  • At least one product photo
  • Stock on hand
  1. Sellers

    Open the product form

The form is split into tabs — general details, pricing, media, description, variations, attributes and search settings. You can move between them freely; nothing is submitted until you say so.

    /vendor/products

  2. Fill in the required fields

A name, a product type, your own reference code, at least one category, at least one photo, and a description of at least ten characters. Set your selling price and how many units you hold.

  3. Submit and read the checklist if it stops you

If anything is missing, a checklist appears at the top listing exactly what and on which tab, and each tab shows how many problems it holds. Fix them and the list shrinks as you go.

  4. Platform staff

    Platform staff review the listing

Your product sits in a review queue. Staff see your images, description, pricing and stock before deciding.

Not visible to shoppers until approved

  5. Sellers

It goes live and enters the buy box

On approval the product is published and your listing becomes active. If other sellers offer the same product, the cheapest in-stock offer wins the buy box by default.

Worth knowing

Editing price or stock does not restart review

Price, stock, sale windows and reference codes are operational — change them freely. Changing the name, description, images, categories, brand or attributes sends the product back for review and takes it off sale until re-approved.

Variations cannot go into bundles

Products with size or colour variations are refused at bundle creation, because a bundle line has nowhere to record which variant. If you intend to bundle something, list it without variations.
