Two switches control your public presence and both must be on: verified, and public page active. Staff also set your organisation type to "school", which is what unlocks book lists.
Your school page stays unreachable until both switches are on

Sign in at the school portal. Your public page lives at a web address built from your school name, and it is where families will find the book lists your sellers have priced.

Registration does not currently ask whether you are a school, so new accounts are filed as "other" until staff correct it. Book lists depend on it, so mention it when you follow up on your application.
