Manufacturers
Open your catalogue and add a product. The form uses the same tabbed layout throughout: general details, wholesale terms, media, description and the rest.
/manufacturer/products/create
Product name, product type, your own reference code, and how many units you hold in your warehouse. Pick at least one category — this is how sellers browsing for stock will find you.
The wholesale unit price is what a seller pays you per unit, and it is required. Minimum order quantity stops sellers ordering below a viable run. Production cost is optional and stays private to you — it is only there for your own margin tracking.
At least one image and a description of at least ten characters. Sellers browse your catalogue visually, the same way shoppers browse the storefront.
If anything is missing the form lists it at the top with a link to the tab it lives on. Once submitted the entry shows as pending review in your catalogue.
Platform staff
Approval is what makes the product sourceable. Until then it is invisible to sellers and distributors.
Sellers cannot request stock until this is approved
Changing the name, description, images, categories or attributes of an already-approved product returns it to pending and pauses sourcing. Price, stock and minimum order quantity can be changed without that.
