Open a seller account

Register your store, get approved, and reach the point where you can list products.

Before you start

  • A business phone number in 98XXXXXXXX form
  • A store name shoppers will recognise

  1. Sellers

    Fill in the four-step registration

    Business details, then address, then a password, then a review screen. Each step validates before it lets you continue — anything missing is marked inline on the field itself.

  2. Choose your store name carefully

    The store name is what shoppers see on your products and on your store page, and it becomes part of your public store address. Your own name is kept separate and stays private.

  3. Platform staff

    Platform staff review the application

    Your account is created immediately but starts unapproved, which means no products of yours can go live yet. Staff see your business name, contact details and store name and either approve or reject.

    You cannot list products until this is approved

  4. Sellers

    Sign in and set up your store

    Once approved, sign in at the seller portal. Your first stops are usually sourcing stock or listing products you already hold.

Worth knowing

Sign in at the seller door, not the shopper one

After registering you are returned to the shopper sign-in page. Sellers sign in at /vendor/login — the shopper page will not take you to the seller portal.
