Place an order

From basket to confirmation, including how to pay cash on delivery.

  1. Shoppers

    Add what you want to the basket

    Adding a bundle adds each of its items individually — that is expected. The basket groups them together and prices them as one bundle.

  2. Check the basket total

    Bundle pricing takes a moment to work out. If the total looks like the full price of the separate items, give it a few seconds — it will settle to the bundle price and show your saving.

  3. Enter your delivery details

    Name, phone, city, street address, district and province. You can save the address for next time and leave a note for the rider.

  4. Choose how to pay

    eSewa and Khalti send you to their own secure page — your wallet details are never entered on Digiworld. Cash on delivery charges nothing now; you pay the rider when the order arrives.

  5. Review and place the order

    Check the items, address and payment method, then tick the terms box — the place-order button stays disabled until you do. You will get an order number immediately.

Worth knowing

Prices are worked out again when you order

Every price, discount and delivery fee is recalculated at the moment you place the order. If something sold out while you were shopping, you are told exactly which item rather than being charged.

You do not need an account

Guest checkout works for everything except discount codes limited to one use per customer, which need an account to count against.
