Signed in, your orders are in your account. Without an account, use order tracking with your order number and the phone number you gave.
/store/orders
Orders move through pending, confirmed, processing, shipped, out for delivery and delivered. The activity log underneath records when each change happened.
Cancelling is offered while the order is still early in that sequence. Once it has shipped you need a return instead.
