Supply a school book list

Accept a school’s invitation, get the stock in, and publish your priced version.

20 min of work, spread over sourcing waits

Before you start

  1. Sellers

Open the list you have been asked to sell

Lists waiting on you are grouped separately from ones you have accepted, fulfilled or declined. The list shows every title, the quantity wanted, and which manufacturer it comes from.

    /vendor/bundle-requests

  2. Check what you already stock

Each line is marked either ready or not yet sourced, with a direct link to the manufacturer for anything missing. Filter to just the unsourced lines to see the real work.

  3. Accept the invitation

Accepting is what unlocks building. It does not commit you to a price, and other sellers may be accepting the same list.

  4. Source every missing title

Each one is a separate request, purchase order, payment confirmation and delivery. Every line must be live in your catalogue before it can go into the bundle.

The bundle builder will not let you proceed while any line is unsourced

  5. Build your bundle from the list

Each requested title is matched to your own product automatically. Give the bundle a name and set your price — the calculator shows the saving against buying separately.

  6. Platform staff

    Platform staff approve it

Approval publishes the bundle and attaches it to the school’s page in one step.

Worth knowing

Sourcing is the long pole

Plan around the payment confirmation on each purchase order. A six-title list is six separate confirmations, and each is a hard stop until staff action it.
